Post-Diagnostic Support (Autism & ADHD)

Practical, Ongoing Support After Diagnosis

Receiving an autism or ADHD diagnosis is often just the beginning of the journey. Many people expect answers to bring immediate clarity, but instead find themselves feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. At Autism Insight, we recognise this gap, which is why we offer ongoing, structured post-diagnostic support focused on practical, real-life topics. Our sessions are designed to help you understand your profile, make meaningful adjustments, and build confidence in managing daily life with autism and/or ADHD.

At Autism Insight, we provide post-diagnostic support for adults, children, and families, focusing on real-world strategies that improve wellbeing, functioning, and understanding within everyday life.

Support is tailored to individual needs and can focus on autism, ADHD, or both.

We currently have no waiting list, meaning you can access a professional assessment without the lengthy delays often experienced elsewhere.
